Designed to enhance the cultural, economic, and social potential of Kartal, this project integrates the square with its surroundings to create a vibrant new public space. Featuring green areas, accessible pedestrian connections, and underground cultural and event venues, the redevelopment aims to ensure the district remains active and livable at all hours, contributing to its future as one of Istanbul’s key urban centers.
