GDKP project offers, a contemporary market proposal for Gedikpaşa neighborhood. The project, bringing a new approach to the market typology which is one of the basic components of Istanbul's urban culture and life, seeks new ways of using the basic principles of this typology and the basic architecture forms. MIPIM jury draws attention to the fact that GDKP. which takes local scale and local character as reference, brings answers in its own context instead of adopting the shopping center model using the cross grid concept.
